You'll own the intelligence layer for G&A domains at OpenGov, redesigning workflows with an AI-native lens. You'll build and deploy AI-powered tools to automate HR, Talent Acquisition, and Enablement processes, directly improving how administrative functions operate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the intelligence layer for G&A domains (HR, Talent Acquisition, Enablement).
• Map and redesign workflows with an AI-native lens.
• Build and deploy AI-powered tools and automations.
• Partner with AI and data engineers on complex builds.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in applied AI or related technical role.
• Proven ability to redesign workflows with AI solutions.
• Comfort with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Slack).
• Understanding of data confidentiality and compliance.

• Experience in HR or legal domain.
• Background in change management or adoption.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
