💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies for Mr D, driving personalized communications and incentive programs. You'll own the Braze CRM platform and lead lifecycle campaigns to boost customer engagement. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing e-commerce group and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies
• Project manage lifecycle projects and campaigns with Brand, Data, Design teams
• Lead marketing automation strategy using Braze
• Manage creation and execution of email, push, WhatsApp campaigns
• Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years work experience, 2+ years in CRM management
• Experience with Braze or similar enterprise CRM platform
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
• Proven record of achieving sales through CRM channels

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or digital company
• Understanding of lifecycle/1:1 marketing
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Communication
