💼 About This Role

You'll own internal platform products that reduce developer friction and improve reliability at a unicorn edtech company. Your work will directly enable over 200 engineers and drive the next phase of growth. This role offers the chance to shape the future of education at global scale while working with cutting-edge cloud and AI technologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the vision, roadmap, and OKRs for core platform capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Partner with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption of platform standards and track metrics like developer productivity.

📋 Requirements

• Product thinking combined with technical literacy in software engineering or systems.
• Experience working with internal developer platforms or developer-facing systems.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and conflicting priorities.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and reliability metrics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or engineering manager.
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and cost efficiency metrics.
