🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead commercial strategy for Meetings & Events across sales and account management.
- Scale and manage a high-performing team focused on new business and account growth.
- Drive pipeline strategy, territory plans, and integrated sales plays.
- Oversee complex deals including RFPs, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience leading sales and/or account management teams in a B2B environment.
- Track record of winning and expanding complex enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal strategy and contract negotiation.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights for forecasting and performance optimization.
