🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial strategy for Meetings & Events across sales and account management.
  • Scale and manage a high-performing team focused on new business and account growth.
  • Drive pipeline strategy, territory plans, and integrated sales plays.
  • Oversee complex deals including RFPs, executive presentations, and contract negotiations.

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales and/or account management teams in a B2B environment.
  • Track record of winning and expanding complex enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in deal strategy and contract negotiation.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights for forecasting and performance optimization.
