You'll own the strategy and design of differentiated insurance products for diverse member segments at Oscar Health, a tech-driven health insurer. Your core impact will be launching and optimizing products that address health disparities and affordability while ensuring compliance and scalability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product intents, investment, and roadmaps aligned to enterprise goals.
• Own portfolio strategy and continuous improvement for specialty and multicultural products.
• Lead innovation initiatives on affordability, access, and clinical differentiation.
• Establish analytics-driven operating model with dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage cross-functional teams through product development and regulatory filing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years commensurate work experience.
• 10+ years developing and managing commercial insurance products.
• 8+ years people leadership including managing managers or senior ICs.
• 6+ years developing business cases including revenue forecasts and ROI.

• Experience developing products for diverse, multicultural, or underserved populations.
• Familiarity with ancillary products (e.g., dental, vision, supplemental health).
