You will work directly with individuals recently released from incarceration, connecting their interests and ambitions to real-world job opportunities through roles like Job Developer, Job Coach, or Life Skills Instructor. Your work will help participants rebuild skills, confidence, and stability, reducing recidivism and strengthening communities.
