You'll lead a team of clinician scientists shaping AI-powered clinical documentation. You'll ensure AI outputs are clinically meaningful and trusted by physicians. This role bridges clinical expertise with cutting-edge ML.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow the Clinician Science team.
• Embed clinical expertise into product development.
• Define clinical quality standards and evaluation frameworks.
• Partner with ML Science on scalable evaluation systems.

📋 Requirements

• Active clinical degree (MD, DO, NP, PA) with 3+ years practice.
• 3+ years managing technical or clinical teams.
• Technical fluency with NLP, LLMs, and model evaluation.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.

• Fellowship in clinical informatics or health IT.
• Research experience in NLP or AI for healthcare.
• Experience at a health tech startup or EHR vendor.
