💼 About This Role

You'll own Marketto day-to-day and lead the migration from Marketo to HubSpot, serving as the SEM integrations expert. Core impact: define the roadmap for marketing automation, manage high-impact integrations with Google Ads and paid media, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and data quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Administer and optimize Marketo as primary marketing automation platform
  • Lead technical execution for forms, landing pages, and lead capture
  • Manage webinar operations end-to-end (Zoom/GoToWebinar)
  • Own online/offline conversion tracking and enhanced conversions

📋 Requirements

  • 5–7+ years Marketing Operations/RevOps at B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on Marketo admin/owner experience
  • Demonstrated experience migrating from Marketo to HubSpot
  • Strong working knowledge of SEM/Google Ads strategy and integration

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow tools like Zapier
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Glean, Profound, HubSpot AI
  • Experience designing repeatable processes (campaign templates, migration checklists)
