Your work ensures safety, beauty, and resident satisfaction through preventative maintenance and turnover repairs. You'll enjoy fully paid EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification after one year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents

📋 Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or trades education
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently
• Personal, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies
