You'll own the full feature development lifecycle for Sitetracker's customers, configuring and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce out-of-the-box features. Your role directly impacts top-line revenue growth through high-quality, on-time delivery. You'll collaborate with Developers, Architects, and QAs in a product-led environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage your own workload with 80% utilization rate.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions for customer needs.
• Lead feature development from discovery to deployment.
• Communicate proactively with customers and manage expectations.

📋 Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce administration.
• Expertise in Flows including screen, record-triggered, and scheduled.
• Experience with Custom Metadata Types for scalable configurations.
