• Serve as a trusted advisor to people managers on org design and performance
• Drive data-informed talent decisions and proactive interventions
• Lead People Enablement strategy for 2026 including compensation
• Optimize People Ops workflows using AI and automation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years People Business Partnering experience
• Experience with both Canada and US markets
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional knowledge of HR policies and processes
