💼 About This Role

You'll drive downstream marketing and VTE education initiatives across the Carolinas, DC, and Baltimore region. You'll connect marketing strategies to physician customers, building internal and external coalitions. This role requires managing a multi-state geography and executing education programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as regional VTE care path expert and drive education programs.
• Develop and execute clinical care path strategies and field education.
• Manage account education initiatives and communicate with sales team.
• Identify KOLs and organize local/regional conferences and tradeshows.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program development experience in medical device or hospital field.
• Experience in program development, clinical quality improvement, or B2B field marketing.
• Ability to travel 80% or more with overnight stays 50-75% of the time.
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.

✨ Nice to Have

• BSN/RN with experience as PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator.
• LEAN Sigma experience.
• Experience in ED, ICU, or pulmonology practice.
