💼 About This Role

You'll lead identity and access management platform engineering at Drata, building secure systems that power enterprise compliance. Your team owns the foundation for onboarding users, managing access, and synchronizing workforce data.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ~5 Software Engineers
• Drive execution of multi-quarter platform initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, CS, Support, and Engineering
• Define and evolve platform APIs and shared services
• Raise reliability bar through observability and automation

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of software engineering management
• 6+ years of experience designing and delivering software products
• Track record of cross-team platform leadership
• Experience designing platform APIs for AI agent consumption

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM)
• Background in compliance or security platforms
• Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure
