Description

You will own complex hardware and system design for Starlink ground station antennas, from concept through high-volume production and deployment. Collaborate with partner teams to optimize design, manufacturing, and testing to deliver reliable, low-cost, high-performance antennas in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years experience designing, building, and testing hardware (internship applicable)
• Experience with CAD and/or finite element analysis (FEA) software

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production and deployment
• Rapidly iterate on designs, analysis, and test to inform system trades and steer product direction
• Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, and drive system-level optimization
• Establish efficient product lifecycle balancing cost, complexity, and quality
• Perform environmental and performance testing to validate analysis and demonstrate compliance
