Description
Lead sales teams across Nordics, Benelux, and emerging markets to drive growth and expand Miro's product portfolio. You'll define go-to-market strategy, develop talent, and work directly with key customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years sales leadership in high-growth Enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years multi-product sales leadership
- Experience running complex multi-motion sales org including high-velocity and $1M+ deals
- Substantial experience in Nordics and/or Benelux markets
- Experience developing partnerships in mature and emerging markets
Responsibilities
- Formulate go-to-market strategy with sales leadership, revenue ops, product, and marketing
- Coach, train, and develop a diverse team of sales leaders and reps across multiple motions and segments
- Work directly with largest customers to drive satisfaction and engagement
- Develop plans and build path to investment and expansion in emerging regions
- Provide sales and customer perspectives to product team, focusing on localization and market needs
