You'll join The Scion Group's apartment turnover team to ensure a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents. You'll perform maintenance duties and assist with inspections and light housekeeping. This temporary role offers a 4-8 week engagement with immediate hiring.

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance

📋 Requirements

• All-in attitude and eagerness to help
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Must be 18 years or older
