💼 About This Role

You'll be the critical link between new merchants signing up and becoming thriving members of the SumUp ecosystem. You'll drive product adoption and identify growth opportunities within our newly acquired merchant base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to new merchants to guide first transactions.
• Analyze merchant profiles to recommend additional SumUp products.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
• Consistently meet monthly activation and upsell KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• Outbound calling experience
• Proficiency in English
• KPI achievement track record
• Experience in onboarding, support, or SDR
