You'll drive engagement of FT digital group subscriptions for high-value corporate accounts in India. You'll help customers maximize their FT.com investment and achieve business outcomes, while mentoring other CSMs and informing global strategy. This role offers a chance to expand the FT's footprint in India's growing digital economy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle strategic accounts with high value/growth potential
- Create and implement engagement plans for strategic accounts
- Develop in-depth understanding of FT usage for business outcomes
- Report on KPIs and make proactive recommendations
- Act as role model and coach other CSMs
๐ Requirements
- Extensive experience in customer success or client-facing role
- Proven track record of providing business advice and achieving client outcomes
- Strong relationship-building with senior stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability
