You'll own high-impact data science initiatives end-to-end, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive measurable improvements in customer experience and business outcomes. You'll shape roadmaps, define success metrics, and deploy production-grade machine learning systems on cloud infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end data science initiatives from problem definition to productionization.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to shape roadmaps and define success metrics.
• Design and build statistical models and ML systems for personalization, ranking, forecasting.
• Lead rigorous A/B testing and experimentation practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied ML.
• Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation including causal inference.
• Experience deploying production models with AWS SageMaker and containerized workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with modern ML tooling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in search, personalization, recommendations, or lifecycle modeling.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices including CI/CD and model monitoring.
• Background in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
