💼 About This Role

As a Keyholder, you will lead a service-first culture on the sales floor at our Ala Moana store. You'll drive personal and team sales while supporting smooth store operations and serving as Manager on Duty.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and model exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Drive personal and team sales results through coaching and team selling
• Create lasting customer relationships through clienteling
• Act as Manager on Duty to ensure operations and standards are met

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience with some leadership
• Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders
• Availability to work 40 hours/week including weekends and holidays
