You'll execute end-to-end payroll processing for the US and Canada in a hands-on operational role. You'll ensure accuracy and compliance across global payroll cycles while administering North American and international benefits programs. This role directly runs payroll cycles rather than just overseeing them.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for US and Canada
• Process payroll cycles across multiple regions ensuring accuracy
• Administer North American benefits including health and retirement plans
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll legislation
• Manage and optimize payroll systems like UKG, Workday, ADP

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years payroll experience with 3+ years as Payroll Lead or Manager
• Hands-on experience processing Canada and US payroll (not just oversight)
• Experience administering North American and international benefits
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)

• Experience with global payroll (EMEA, LATAM, APAC)
• Payroll certification (PCP, CPM, CPP or equivalent)
