Description

You will lead the execution of high-impact partnerships, investments, and acquisitions to accelerate Ripple's growth. You'll develop strategic market intelligence, manage end-to-end M&A, and engage with the crypto ecosystem to drive proprietary deal flow.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance
• Proven track record of proactive relationship building
• Experience managing multiple complex deals simultaneously
• Background in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams
• Mastery of financial modeling and domain expertise in blockchain and traditional finance
