💼 About This Role

You'll design and operate secure workforce identity services for Rubrik's FedRAMP environment using Okta. You will own IAM strategy, automate identity workflows, and partner across teams to sustain compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define IAM strategy and architecture for enterprise-wide access control.
• Design IAM solutions for cloud and on-premise environments (SSO, federation).
• Implement and manage Privileged Access Management for sensitive accounts.
• Automate identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, de-provisioning).

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years administering Okta in enterprise environments.
• Expertise in identity protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth.
• Experience with cloud IAM on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

✨ Nice to Have

• Okta certifications (Professional, Administrator, Consultant, or Architect).
• IGA/PAM experience (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk).
• Zero Trust and policy-as-code practices.
