You'll support the business by improving platform and process efficiency, ensuring accurate in-network contract configuration. You will help expedite design and solutioning while translating configuration for internal teams. This role reports into the Manager, Configuration Operations and is part of a health insurance company built around a full-stack technology platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze process behavior to expedite design and solutioning.
• Translate configuration needs to internal teams for escalation resolution.
• Process incoming Jira tickets for provider escalation support.
• Identify and pilot operational efficiency improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working knowledge of pricing methodologies and contract configuration.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.
• 2+ years proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Docs Editors suite.
• 1+ year experience in health insurance/claims configuration.
