You'll lead and build the engineering function for product families at a high-growth manufacturing company, setting technical standards and driving production scalability. You'll own org development, engineering execution, and continuous improvement across teams. This role offers the chance to shape a high-performance engineering org from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop Manufacturing and Production Engineers across product families
• Ensure documentation is complete and production-ready before builds start
• Provide real-time engineering support during active builds
• Drive reduction in rework and production delays through root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, defense, or similar
• 2+ years in an engineering leadership or management role
• Working familiarity with wire harness or electromechanical assembly processes
• Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth or startup manufacturing environment
• Background working alongside an Industrial Engineering function
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship standards and AS9100
