You'll own the performance, talent capability, and brand integrity of a fleet of stores as the Business Owner of the Southwest region. You'll sit at the intersection of commercial rigor and operational excellence, diagnosing root causes and implementing systemic solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead a multi-unit retail team and drive cross-functional initiatives with a premium jewelry brand.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose performance gaps across fleet and implement systemic solutions
- Own P&L including NMV, traffic, CVR, and payroll
- Coach Store Managers to lead independently and drive performance
- Champion a seamless digital-physical customer experience
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
- Proven track record of closing store-to-store performance gaps
- Deep understanding of P&L management driving top-line growth
- Experience building internal talent pipelines and promoting Store Managers

- Experience with luxury or premium brand retail
- Familiarity with clienteling and digital retail tools
