🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned requisitions
• Conduct candidate sourcing across multiple channels
• Own day-to-day management of the ATS (Ashby)
• Plan and execute culture programs and events

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or People Ops
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
