💼 About This Role
You'll launch Upstart's NYC office and own the day-to-day onsite experience. You'll establish systems and partnerships to make the office a functional and welcoming space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a new environment while delivering a consistent workplace experience.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Launch and operationalize the NYC office, establishing workflows and vendor partnerships.
- Own daily office operations including reception, catering, and mail services.
- Plan and coordinate onsite meetings, events, and team gatherings.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and ongoing coordination.
- Track and maintain workplace data such as headcount and budget.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
- Experience coordinating office operations in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with external vendors or service providers.

- Experience with executive-facing meetings or onsite events.
- Knowledge of space planning or office logistics.
