💼 About This Role

You'll launch Upstart's NYC office and own the day-to-day onsite experience. You'll establish systems and partnerships to make the office a functional and welcoming space. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a new environment while delivering a consistent workplace experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Launch and operationalize the NYC office, establishing workflows and vendor partnerships.
  • Own daily office operations including reception, catering, and mail services.
  • Plan and coordinate onsite meetings, events, and team gatherings.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding and ongoing coordination.
  • Track and maintain workplace data such as headcount and budget.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in office management or workplace operations.
  • Experience coordinating office operations in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with external vendors or service providers.
