💼 About This Role

You'll work across Pinwheel's customer-facing stack, architecting frontend experiences used by partners like Robinhood and DoorDash. Your core focus will be on web app development and mobile SDKs, with some backend support. You'll join a high-velocity team that values mentorship and continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop frontend experiences used by every Pinwheel customer.
• Maintain and improve admin and customer web applications and SDKs.
• Support or lead development of new products balancing velocity and quality.
• Contribute to iterative technical quality and pay down tech debt.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building and maintaining front-end or full-stack applications.
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup or small tech company.
• Deep expertise with modern frontend web frameworks (React, Vue, etc.).
• Experience with modern backend languages/frameworks (FastAPI, Django, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience working on mobile apps or libraries.
• Key implementation roles in projects with multiple teams.
• Desire to learn new systems and technology.
