Description

You will lead end user experience improvement initiatives, managing cross-functional projects from roadmap to launch. You'll define success metrics, drive execution using Agile/Lean practices, and partner with teams across engineering, security, and HR to deliver solutions that enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years managing technology projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with end user experience areas (device lifecycle, MDM/MAM, VDI, SSO, etc.)
• Strong grasp of ITIL, support operations, and change management (ADKAR/Prosci)
• Fluency with Jira/Azure Boards, Smartsheet, Tableau/Power BI, Excel

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end user experience improvement roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Define success metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Write problem statements, business cases, and project charters
• Drive execution using Agile/Lean practices, managing risks and stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
