You'll lead strategic finance partnership for Revenue and Marketing, developing frameworks that connect sales capacity and marketing spend to ARR growth. You'll influence key growth decisions through ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis. This role offers direct C-suite exposure in a high-growth tech environment with a remote-first global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial frameworks for sales capacity, marketing spend, and retention
• Build models for ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis
• Design and track GTM KPIs like CAC, conversion rates, and retention
• Partner with Data teams to define reporting requirements and write SQL

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of total experience with at least 6 years in strategic finance
• Experience in SaaS preferably with usage-based business model
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau
• Strong understanding of GTM dynamics including sales capacity and conversion metrics

• Experience with digital marketing metrics like ROAS and LTV/CAC
• Familiarity with AI-enabled process improvement tools
