You'll drive commercial momentum for a robotics startup that automates on-site construction. You'll own pipeline generation, outbound execution, and opportunity qualification alongside deployment leaders. This role offers hands-on exposure to construction sites and boardroom deals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and approach general contractors and developers
• Craft and send targeted LinkedIn, email, and call outreach
• Lead early calls to qualify project opportunities
• Prepare proposals and scoping documents with country managers

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of commercial or operational experience
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Comfortable with outbound work and rejection
• Willing to work on-site at construction sites
