You'll lead a fintech engineering team building and scaling wallet infrastructure for Deel's global platform. Your work ensures client funds are safe, compliant, and seamlessly accessible worldwide. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and scaling of wallet infrastructure for global users.
• Integrate wallets with regional banks via PSP APIs.
• Collaborate with Core Accounting for General Ledger connection.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (MTL, PI, safeguarding).

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in payments, banking, accounting, or treasury.
• Hands-on expertise with wallets, flows of funds, and regulated money movement.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and PostgreSQL with Sequelize ORM.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and API-driven banking/PSP integrations.
