Description

You will support financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning for Rocket Lab's Space Systems segment, including satellite manufacturing and components. Acting as a strategic partner, you'll provide insights to drive business decisions and support projects like ROI analysis and cost modeling.

Requirements

• 8+ years finance experience in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years total experience)
• In-depth experience with ERP, financial systems, and modeling
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience implementing value-add financial business processes

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasts, and annual operating plan
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly financial reports and KPIs
• Conduct business studies and ad-hoc analysis including project ROI analysis
• Provide financial recommendations to decision makers
• Act as strategic partner to Space Systems segment
