Requirements

• 4+ years experience in sales operations, business systems, or project management.
• Strong familiarity with Go-To-Market processes across pre-sale and post-sale stages.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills with technical aptitude.
• Excellent English and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Analyze current processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support rollout of new tools.
• Train and enable teams on new processes and tools.
