🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable production services
• Implement systems for micro- and nanosecond-level performance monitoring
• Drive engineering initiatives from specification to maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years building production-grade software in Rust, C++, C, or Go
• 3+ years experience with Unix systems
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Ability to make engineering decisions based on business context

• Experience with blockchain technology, specifically Solana
• Experience in quant trading or fintech
• Proficiency in Rust
