📋 Requirements

• Master's in Materials Science or related field with 8+ years aerospace experience.
• Expertise in metallic materials and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated root cause analysis and failure investigation experience.
• Proficiency in aerospace material standards (ASTM, AMS) and quality systems.

• Propulsion systems experience with high-temperature materials.
• Hands-on with additive manufacturing techniques like laser powder bed fusion.
