As a Product Expert at Klaviyo, you'll provide high-quality support to our EMEA customers via email and live chat, helping them succeed with our platform. You'll develop deep product knowledge, troubleshoot software issues, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work weekends (Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu)
  • 1+ years in a customer-facing role troubleshooting software/SaaS issues
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with defined metrics

Responsibilities
