💼 About This Role

You'll own product prioritization and roadmap end-to-end as the first PM for a growing team. You'll be the connective tissue between customers, engineering, and leadership, translating deep customer insight into a roadmap that drives real business outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape the product function from scratch in an AI-forward environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set prioritization and sequencing across customer needs, compliance, tech debt, and new capabilities
• Sit in on sales calls and analyze support tickets to surface customer patterns
• Build competitive intelligence and translate into product priorities and battle cards
• Partner with engineering as a trusted thought partner on backlog decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management at early-stage startups
• Technical fluency to hold discussions and write SQL/analytics dashboards
• AI-native instincts with demonstrated prototyping using AI tools like Claude Code
• Communication clarity to present with precision across customers, engineers, and CEO
