💼 About This Role
You'll join the Verifone Helpdesk team, troubleshooting payment technology products and services for customers via phone, chat, and email. Your core impact will be resolving installation, operational, and maintenance inquiries as part of a 24/7 high-availability call center.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product installation and troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email.
- Research and handle complex technical support calls escalated from Level 1.
- Document all call activity in the technical support database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer issue resolution.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of Technical Support experience in a Help Desk environment.
- Excellent customer service practices and procedures knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Verifone products or electronic payment systems.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures.
