💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the systems that power hiring at Zipline, the world's largest drone delivery service. You'll partner with Recruiting, People, Finance, and leadership to define and improve recruiting processes, making a direct impact on how we hire at a company that operates on four continents and makes a delivery every 30 seconds.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve Greenhouse configuration and workflows
• Design hiring manager training and scalable resources
• Partner with leadership to prioritize hiring roles
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years experience in program management, recruiting ops, or people ops
• Experience working with ATS tools like Greenhouse
• Solid stakeholder management and project execution skills
