💼 About This Role
You'll own the logged-out website as a product, driving organic acquisition through SEO and AEO, while also owning signup conversion optimisation and experimentation. This IC role sits at the intersection of organic search, CRO, and product marketing. You'll treat the site like a product, collaborating with design, engineering, and marketing to ship improvements at pace.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and prioritize the logged-out website roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute organic search strategy including technical improvements and content-led acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze organic performance, translating data into actionable priorities.
- Drive conversion optimization across landing pages, pricing, and sign-up flows with structured experiments.
- Build tooling and automation to scale testing, publishing, and content optimization.
📋 Requirements
- Product management or ownership of a company website as a product.
- Deep expertise in organic search (SEO/AEO) with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong experimentation skills with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Technical fluency – ability to write code, build tools, or leverage AI agents.

- Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
- Design and content taste for high-quality web experiences.
- Familiarity with AI app builders or developer tools.
