Description

You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB accounts by identifying and creating new commercial opportunities. You'll combine proactive outreach with consultative selling, engaging IT and business stakeholders daily via phone, email, and virtual meetings to drive repeat orders, upsell, and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, training, or SaaS
  • Experience with both prospecting and account management
  • Strong commercial acumen and consultative communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment with targets and CRM
  • Fluent in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

  • Actively approach and expand existing SMB customer base
  • Identify and create new commercial opportunities within accounts
  • Daily client contact via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Advise IT and business stakeholders on learning and development needs
