💼 About This Role

You'll build the analytics foundation for Laurel's AI Time platform, owning product success metrics and canonical datasets. Your insights will directly shape product decisions and drive measurable outcomes for professional services firms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain core product metrics like activation and retention
• Build canonical tables in the analytics data warehouse
• Partner with PMs to establish success metrics and experiment frameworks
• Develop end-to-end funnels and identify retention leading indicators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional Data Scientist experience
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency
• Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and modern data warehouses (e.g., Clickhouse)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with experimentation platforms (LaunchDarkly, in-house)
• Experience building and evaluating ML models
