🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with office leadership to build and lead culture through engagement initiatives.
• Support candidate experience and onboarding, including background checks and interviews.
• Serve as main point of contact for daily employee questions via Slack and email.
• Assist with Employee Relations documentation and administrative data entry in Workday.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional organization skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills with proactive communication.
