Description

As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Klaviyo, you will own technical strategy for high-stakes enterprise deals, architect solutions, and drive Proof of Value to secure technical wins. You'll also prototype and ship product improvements based on customer engagements, leveraging AI and automation to scale your impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales with 3+ years leading technical strategy in 6-7 figure deals
• 5+ years across Python, JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, React), RESTful APIs, SQL, mobile development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Codex, Claude Code) and MCP patterns
• Domain expertise in marketing technology, CDPs, AI-driven personalization, analytics, eCommerce

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for complex Enterprise opportunities with minimal oversight
• Drive advanced technical discovery and differentiate from competition
• Host technical workshops aligning solutions to business outcomes
• Architect and execute Proof of Value plans
• Build strong R&D relationships and contribute to roadmap
