You will lead a team of 8-10 Field Account Executives and Account Managers to drive partner growth across the Central U.S. Your role includes coaching, strategic planning, and active participation in sales conversations to build relationships and achieve regional goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in people leadership in SMB/Mid-Market sales, SaaS preferred
- 2+ years as top-performing B2B sales IC, ideally in marketplace or tech
- Proven negotiation skills and experience building sales plans
- Energizing leadership style with ability to manage performance
- Data-savvy with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite; familiar with local fitness/wellness landscape
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-10 Field Account Executives and Account Managers to drive partner growth
- Empower team with strategy, coaching, and sales tools for acquisition and retention
- Travel ~25% across region to support major deals and relationships
- Champion Salesforce and Salesloft data to optimize pipeline and performance
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategies and budgets
