You'll serve as Crete's subject matter expert for employee relations issues across partner firms and HQ. Your work ensures consistent, fair handling of performance management, investigations, and separations while aligning with Crete standards. This role offers direct impact on organizational culture in a rapidly growing PE-backed firm with $500M in investment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Consult on performance concerns and corrective action planning
• Conduct end-to-end workplace investigations
• Coach managers on difficult conversations and feedback delivery
• Support termination decisions and separation logistics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive employee relations experience
• End-to-end investigation expertise
• Strong knowledge of US employment law basics
• Ability to coach managers and influence decisions

• Multi-site or multi-entity environment experience
• Experience with partner-firm or shared services ER models
• Familiarity with case management systems and metrics
