Description

You will manage and optimize Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), WLAN, and Small Cell networks in large-scale venues, collaborating with a team to ensure peak performance and partner satisfaction. This role involves procurement, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and field testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on DAS or Cellular Field Engineer experience.
• Familiarity with DAS OEMs (CommScope, JMA, Corning, SOLiD).
• Experience managing subcontractors remotely.
• Ability to read construction drawings and RF schematics.
• Willingness to travel within Southwest region up to a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for venues ensuring cost efficiency.
• Optimize network performance during commissioning and integration.
• Review system integrator reports for carrier KPI compliance.
• Perform routine health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Generate performance reports for stakeholders.
