Description

You will lead the design and development of Java/Python microservices and shared libraries for OneTrust's AI Governance platform, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. You'll own technical design for critical systems and translate customer AI needs into secure, compliant platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Java, RESTful APIs, SpringBoot, and microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience building complex web systems
• Experience with cloud-native applications and software development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java/Python microservices and shared libraries for AI Governance
• Build cloud-native applications on Azure using Core Java, REST, and Spring ecosystem
• Implement features with RAG, agent workflows, and model orchestration
• Own technical design for critical systems ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers
